Each of the 2 full baths upstairs have double sinks! The common area has plenty of seating, and a mounted 75 inch TV with Monthly Spectrum App TV service and high speed internet (500 mbs ). Access to Streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime are available if you have your own accounts on the smart TV. All BRs have their own wall mounted TV with access to Netflix, etc. and basic TV channels through Spectrum App.. On lower level the BRAND NEW (January 2024) remodel has 2 Bedrooms and 2 full baths.
