THIS IS A MONTHLY RENTAL – Located directly across from the Gulfport Marina, the Boca Marina is a fully equipped, very clean two-bedroom apartment. It is up one flight of stairs and for your private use. Guests will feel welcome in this lovely, comfortable home where every room is a pleasurable retreat. Our goals are simple: to bring guests to a relaxed atmosphere where they can get away from the daily stresses of life. We want to create a piece of paradise where you will want to come back again and again. The Boca Marina includes: Wi-Fi, Well-appointed eat-in kitchen with a large refrigerator, Oven State-of-the-art cookware. Both bedrooms have a queen-sized bed with luxurious pillows and high-quality linens. The primary bedroom is up a flight of stairs and includes: Table and chairs for private coffee or office space, A sitting area for reading, and A private outdoor balcony to sit among the many bamboo. The cozy living room includes a television with Netflix, Amazon, Disney, Hulu, and network TV. Every room includes overhead fans. There is a central AC for the entire apartment and heating for those two chilly nights a year. Large outdoor area downstairs with. Large BBQ grill Table and chairs under the tall bamboo. Sitting area in your own private tropical garden. Guest access, The apartment is on the second floor. You are the only one with access to the code to enter the apartment. Other things to note First of all, we want you to know that cleanliness is extremely important to us. We clean and sanitize every inch of this beautiful apartment immediately after each guest leaves. May – October $2500.00 a month, November – April $3500 a month.
