Tree Lakes Resort is a short drive to Lecom Park, where you can go to see the Pirates play ball during the whole month of March. We are also a few minute’s drive to Pirate City where you can watch the Pirates practice and get your favorite player’s autograph. Visit the beautiful Bradenton River Walk and historic Main Street which is lined with sidewalk cafes and has a great nightlife. There are plenty of festivals all season long. We have the Manatee Players Theatre, a museum and art galleries. The area is the fastest growing area in all of Florida. Emerson Point Preserve in Palmetto Fl is a salt marsh now home to jumping mullet and hundreds of other species of fish and other marine life. The interior of the preserve features hiking paths, kayak and canoe waterways, bridges, mangrove forests and an observation tower with a wide-open view of the Tampa Bay area. Tree Lakes Resort is a fully gated community secured day and night with automated gates. The community is a short drive to Bradenton-Sarasota Airport. We are a 30 minute drive to Tampa Airport as well as St. Petersburg Airport, and we are within 1 1/2 hours from the Orlando Airport. Tree Lakes Resort boasts a large thermal heated pool. Beside it is a large hot tub and plenty of lounge chairs to sun yourself. If shade is what you want, we have a shaded area as well. There is a professional fitness center with plenty of machines and weights for your workout. In addition, they have an excellent small library with daily social activities. Their large community hall has a huge stage for plays and concerts. The community has a shuffleboard, pickleball court and tennis court. With so many amenities, and such a beautiful tropical gulf coast area, you would think that living full time or wintering in Tree Lakes Resort would be expensive. Well, it’s not!
