Welcome to our private, centrally located home in the Mid-Town part of Tampa. My home has been fully renovated and furnished with calm decor to make you feel right at home. There is a master bedroom (king size bed) with its own master en suite (walk-in-shower), also 2 more guest rooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two double size beds, plus a guest bathroom with a tub. This is a 100% private (1 story single family home) space, it does have a fenced in backyard plus a one car carport (and plenty more space to park on your driveway or street parking). The living room and master bedroom does have a wall-mounted TV which are both set up wirelessly. Uber/Lyft to a great local restaurant minutes away without having to think about driving. We are about 5 miles from everything Tampa has to offer! You are literally about a 7 minutes drive to Tampa International Airport, 10 mins walking or 3 mins driving to International Mall and about 7 minutes drive to Raymond James Stadium! Welcome! You have access to stainless steel kitchen appliances (fridge, range, dishwasher and microwave) also a washer and a dryer (laundry room). There is also an iron with an ironing board present for your convenience. All utilities are paid by the tenant. Pets are OK, pet fee/pet deposit will apply. (No exotic pets and no aggressive breeds with no exceptions to this.) Need management approval for pets, need breed info with pictures of pets. $75 is the application fee per adult, must submit with a signed rental application, and a copy of ID, plus with recent pay stubs and pet info and pics if applicable. There is a $195 Admin Lease Fee due after tenant approval along with the Security Deposit and 1st month’s rent (and non-refundable pet fee, and pet rent if applicable). Renter’s Insurance is required.
