Utilities and internet are included in the lease. This is a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom home with a full kitchen and living room minutes from the beach and two blocks from downtown New Port Richey. The whole place was remodeled with an open concept and tiles throughout; it has modern furniture and comfort. The home has central AC and heat. The kitchen features everything you need for a comfortable stay including plates, utensils, glasses, coffee machine, appliances, etc. We always strive for the best experience. The bedroom has a queen bed and a comfortable living space, the bathroom features a shower. There is a desk for a designated work space. We provide free WiFi and parking. The location is EXCELLENT ! You’re only steps away from shopping and restaurants in downtown New Port Richey. The outside area is shared. There are chairs to sit on and enjoy your morning coffee. Guests share the outside space with neighbors but the entire inside is private and only for their own use. The downtown area which is a block away has a small grocery store, restaurants and shops. It’s great for walking around and Sims park is gorgeous and by the water; it’s only a 5 min walk. The home is super close to everything including shopping, hospital and the beach. Please be aware that the prices for June and July will be higher due to seasonal rates.
