Each office has been freshly painted, includes separate keyed locks for security in some of them. The building is located in Balm at Between 672 and 674 East of route 301 so it’s convenient to Riverview, Wimauma, Sun City Center, Apollo Beach Ruskin. The back roads will take you to Lithia and Fish Hawk as well for an easy drive. Room 11 is 125 sq ft, room 12 is 150 sq ft, room 13 is 176 sq ft.
